I have had OTRAMM & Ryan do some extensive work on my 1997 Land Cruiser -- things from suspension air bags to most recently the head gasket and some front axle work. Seven months ago I inquired online for a mobile mechanic to do some minor work on our cars.  Boy are we so glad that we found 'On the Road Again Mobile Mechanic', Ryan Bascom!!  We are so impressed with Ryan and his knowledge with cars.  He definitely knows alot about cars. Ryan has worked on several cars of ours over the last 7 months and I can honestly say that the repairs were done correctly the first time and with a friendly, warm attitude.  My husband and neighbor (who knows a decent mount about cars) are VERY impressed with his knowledge and how VERY thorough he is with finding a diagnosis.  In addition, the costs of the repairs were more than fair!  Ryan is not only extremely knowledgeable as mechanic, but he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.  Also, the office is very nice and responsive.  We highly recommend using On The Road Again Mobile Mechanic, Ryan Bascom!

Ryan has worked on two of our cars. He is honest and has reasonable prices. Ryan is great  at trouble-shooting problems and that saves time and money. Ryan came right to our house and fixed our brake line in our car.  We were given such a ridiculous estimate at a car shop in Warrenton.  Ryan got the part for us and came and fixed it the day after the part came in.  He knows what he is talking about and does great work!  We will never use anyone else from now on.

Ryan services all the cars in my family, from routine maintenance to brake jobs, and troubleshooting malfunction lights.  There is nothing more convenient than to call OTRAMM and have Ryan show up at my door, or wherever the car happens to be.  No taking time off from work, towing it to the shop if it isn't running, or having to arrange for someone to pick me up at the shop.  With Ryan, the shop comes to me, and I save the hassle.  Several times, Ryan has saved me money by carefully diagnosing the fault and making a quick repair, where other shops would have just thrown parts at it, without regard for the cost to me.  I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to explain what he is doing and why his recommended fix is the best option. I have some basic mechanical skills and knowledge, having restored/ rebuilt a 40 year old vehicle, so I can tell when a mechanic is not being straight with me. Ryan is a straight shooter and he is not looking to pad the bill. He tells me everything I want to know, and he works hard to find me the best prices on parts.

First rate mechanic!  I needed front brakes, an oil change, and a new timing belt & water pump for our minivan after the water pump blew.  Ryan was fast, efficient, and was much less expensive than other estimates.  He took the time to research the best price for the best quality parts, continuously emailed me to keep me up to date, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing during the repair.  As an active duty military member who moves around the country, it's tough to find a good mechanic who you can trust.  Ryan is the guy and I won't use anyone else.  He has my highest recommendation!
